Where are you located?
We are located in Las Vegas, NV in the United States. All of our products ship from Las Vegas, NV.
When did you open?
We launched our store in June 2020.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges for custom keyboards. However, if you receive a keyboard that is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it for you. Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.
How can I contact customer support?
You can reach our customer support team by submitting a ticket on our Support Page. Alternatively, email us at "support@boardsource.xyz". Please upload images to Google Drive, Dropbox, or Imgur and share a link—do not attach them directly.
Are the keyboards pre-built or do I need to assemble them?
PCBs fall into two categories: DIY (user soldered) and SMT (factory assembled). DIY PCBs must be soldered by the user. SMT PCBs come assembled. If you need soldering but only DIY is available, we offer a Soldering Service.
Can I customize the layout and keycaps of my keyboard?
Physical key positions are fixed, but functionality is fully programmable. You can customize keycaps, switch types, and more. Learn about programming your keyboard here.
Shipping
How long does it take for an order to ship?
Most orders ship within one business day. If your order is delayed, please contact our support team.
How long do domestic (US) orders take to be delivered?
USPS shipping averages 2–7 days. Priority Mail takes ~3 days, First Class takes ~6 days. Not all orders qualify for First Class.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally. Customers are responsible for any customs or import fees.
How long do international orders take to be delivered?
International delivery time varies by country and shipping method. USPS: 6–30 days. DHL: ~7 days (up to 10).
What do I do if my delivery is delayed?
If delayed, check with USPS or DHL using your tracking info. You may also contact us—we’ll help as best we can, though we recommend waiting a week.
What do I do if my order was damaged?
Please reach out via our Customer Support page for assistance.
What do I do if my package is lost?
Contact us via our Support page. If the loss was due to our error, we will replace or refund your order. If tracking shows Delivered, we cannot guarantee a refund.
Can you decrease the value on the commercial invoice/undervalue goods?
No. We declare the full value of all goods. This is automatically generated and complies with legal requirements.
Which carriers do you ship with?
We use USPS for US orders. International customers can choose from three USPS options or DHL.
International Shipping Options
- USPS First Class International: Cheapest, 15–30 days, no tracking after leaving US.
- USPS Priority Mail International: 10–25 days, tracked.
- USPS Express: 5–10 days, tracked.
- DHL: 5–7 days, tracked, often fastest.
Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled if still in the Processing stage and not a pre-order. Check order status under "My Account & Orders".
