Taking the ergonomics and modern silhouette of our original CNC aluminum Unicorne, we completely reworked the architecture from the ground up optimized specifically for 3D printing.

Whether you’re upgrading your current daily driver or diving into your first 40% split keyboard project, the Unicorne 3DP brings functional split ergonomics to an approachable price.

• Optimized DFM 3D Printed Architecture: We didn't just copy and paste the CNC design. The Unicorne 3DP features custom geometry tailored specifically for additive manufacturing; ensuring incredible structural rigidity and clean lines.

• Sleek, Streamlined Profile: By streamlining the layout into a clean, case profile, the Unicorne 3DP offers a lightweight, modern look that seamlessly fits into any desk aesthetic.

Designed to Support Real Typing Comfort

Built around the beloved Corne (CRKBD) split layout, the Unicorne 3DP prioritizes posture, health, and typing efficiency:

• Split Design: Position each half independently at shoulder width to open up your chest, reduce shoulder hunching, and eliminate wrist strain.

• Columnar Stagger: Keys are aligned with the natural motion of your fingers, drastically reducing strain and fatigue during long coding or typing sessions.

• Tool-less Tenting Support: Add our optional Booster Packs to tent your keyboard at a 5° or 10° angle without needing any tools. This subtle lift helps keep your wrists in a neutral position to prevent discomfort and minimize RSI risk.

Engineered to Perform

• Wired & Wireless BLE Ready: Fully compatible with both wired SMT builds and DIY builds using controllers like the nice!nano or Elite-C.

• Backwards Compatible: Already have a Corne board? The Unicorne 3DP is compatible with standard Corne/CRKBD PCBs, making it easy to breathe new life into an existing build.

Choose Your Plate

Your choice of plate determines your build configuration:

• Standard Plate: Optimized for use with our Unicorne MX SMT PCB for a completely hot-swappable, solder-free experience.

• Legacy Plate: Optional add-on that adapts your case to work with traditional DIY/solderable Corne PCBs and Pro Micro footprint controllers (nice!nano, Blok, Supermini, Elite-C). Required for wireless builds.

• Pro Plate: Optional upgrade featuring joystick cutouts for LP builds using compatible modules.
